At NailPhoria, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your nail products in their original box to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
